To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that they were received. Please email us at info.yogiraw.com stating the reason for return. We will provide you with a confirmation number and shipping instructions. Shipping the product back, to Yogi Raw is at the customer’s expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Yes, all orders are eligible for refund or replacement against manufacturing defect. If you don't like a particular product you can mail us & we will help you out.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process & ship your order. This does not include weekend or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

You will receive an email with the tracking code from the courier partner. Orders can be tracked directly on the partners website. You can also call us or email us for our support.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
